One of the unintended consequences of the school psychology license move to the State Board of Psychology was that school psychs became excluded from the list of those who can proctor state tests.
The State Board of Education put through a rule change to fix this and the new rule will be effective Jan. 15.
What this means: If you are working only under an LSP license (and not another State Board of Education-issued license) you may not proctor state tests UNTIL Jan. 15, after which you may again take on that assignment.
