OSPA Award Nomination Information

Fall Awards

Nominations are due by Friday, October 3rd; submit to: awards@ospaonline.org
Alex Thomas Ohio School Psychologist of the Year Award, Early Career Award, and Ann Brennan Outstanding Advocate Award

 

Spring Awards

Clyde Bartlett Distinguished Service Award, Pete Gross Best Practice Award, and Ray Horn Honorary Life Membership Award

 In addition, nominations for the Intern Supervisor of the Year Award will be accepted for our spring awards

The nomination packet for the newly-created Intern Supervisor of the Year Award can be accessed HERE

Be sure to create your own copy of this document, download it, and submit it to awards@ospaonline.org

 

For award nominations, please include:
~ Nomination Form
~ Nominator’s statement, describing reason for nomination
~ Nominee’s Resume or Curriculum Vitae (Not required for Intern Supervisor of the Year Award)
~ Two letters of recommendation or support (Intern Supervisor of the Year Award only requires one letter)
~ Statement from nominee on an issue in School Psychology (School Psychologist of the Year only)
~ Additional documentation to support nomination (view rubrics available on individual awards pages for detailed criteria)

All nominations must be submitted electronically as a single .pdf to the awards committee at awards@ospaonline.org.
