OSPA recognized several scholarship winners and award winners during the virtual conferences of 2020 and spring 2021 but were unable to hand them their physical awards. To rectify this, OSPA recognized each winner during a special wine and cheese event on Nov. 4, 2021. The following is a collage of their remarks and photos.
