Attention all interns! OSPA is excited to announce that thanks to grant funding from the Department of Education's Office of Exceptional Children, your next year's OSPA membership will be free.
The funding provided by OEC is meant to support the field, and one of the ways it will do that is by paying for the First Year Post Internship-level membership in OSPA, normally $90. This membership — if you can't tell by the name — is available to every individual entering their first year of work following internship.
OSPA's Executive Board voted in February to accept this funding and additional dollars to create a "community of practice" for school psychologists.
