Online registration for the 2024 Fall Conference is closed.
There is still space to attend the conference, however, you will have to register as a walk-in at the conference hotel. Be sure to show up a few minutes early to fill out the registration form and provide payment - or Click Here to fill out the form ahead of time for faster service. You may pay with check, credit card or purchase order. If using a PO you MUST have the physical PO with you when you arrive - a PO number alone is not sufficient payment.

Please note the OSPA Office will be closed starting at 12 pm Tuesday, Nov. 5, so do not fax or email any registration forms after that point.
