This presentation explores imposter syndrome within the field of school psychology, including how it presents, why it occurs, and how it impacts professional practice. Participants will examine individual and systemic contributors to imposter experiences and learn practical, research-informed strategies to strengthen confidence, support decision-making, and promote long-term professional well-being across career stages.

- Identify key characteristics of imposter syndrome and how it commonly presents in school psychologists;
- Describe professional and systemic factors within school psychology that contribute to imposter experiences;
- Examine the impact of imposter syndrome on confidence, decision-making, and professional well-being;
