NASP has released a new State Shortage Dashboard. The dashboard contains data from each state regarding the student to school psychologist ratio, the trend in ratio, salary, number of NCSPs, the number of graduate programs, the number of 2021 graduates per state, as well as the number of graduate students from a minoritized group.
The Excellence in School Psychological Services (ESPS) Recognition Program is accepting applications. This program recognizes school districts that are working to implement the NASP Practice Model with a focus on the six organizational principles that are critical to enabling school psychologists to deliver comprehensive services. The program can be a wonderful way to secure support in improving ratios.
