OSPA is
the State Professional Organization for School Psychologists
in Ohio. |
The Purpose of the Association Is:
To promote constructive action in meeting the educational and
mental health needs of children;
To encourage the writing, publication and distribution of information
contributing to the extension and enhancement of the body of knowledge
within the field;
To provide opportunities for the professional growth of school
psychology;
To promote the advancement of ethical, legal and technical standards
of professional school psychology;
To promote the profession of school psychology.

OSPA Membership
Categories: |
- A professional who, due to age, disability, or length of
service, is no longer in full-time service as a school psychologist
in a school system.
- Eligible for Full Member services.
- Affiliate Member ($50.00)
- Professional possessing a bachelor's degree, or higher,
and having a professional interest in the field of psychology.
- Not eligible for other membership categories.
- Past OSPA members residing and working out-of-state may
apply in this category.
- Honorary Life Member
- An honor bestowed by the OSPA Executive Board to an individual
who has made an outstanding contribution to the profession.

for membership in all categories requires recommendations
of the Membership Committee and approval by the Executive
Board. |
